The Nakuru County Public Service Board wishes to invite applications from candidates who
have the requisite qualifications to fill the following position:-
1). INTERNAL AUDITORS; JG “K”
Terms of Service: Permanent
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must: –
a) Be a Kenyan Citizen;
b) Have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance Option) or its
relevant equivalent qualification from a recognized institution and passed Part IIof
the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination;
OR
c) Passed Part III of the Certified Public Accountants (K) Examination or its equivalent
qualification;
d) Satisfy the requirements of Chapter six of the constitution by availing the following: –
(i) Certificate of Good Conduct.
(ii) Tax compliance certificate from KRA.
(iii) Clearance from EACC.
(iv) Clearance from HELB.

Important Information to all candidates:-
 Applicants with degrees from foreign universities should avail a recognition and equation
certificate from the Commission for University Education (CUE).
 Remuneration package for persons serving in the Public Service of County Governments is
as advised by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission and is subject to review by the
Commission from time to time.
 Applications should reach the Secretary, County Public Service Board on or before Friday,
31stMarch 2017.
